Return & Refund Policy

  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the product and send it back using the provided return label (if applicable).
  4. Inspection & Approval: Our quality control team will assess the return upon arrival. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund/replacement.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Bank Transfers: 3–5 business days
  • Cash On Delivery: 5–7 business days

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, defective piece, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
